So, as you might notice, most women and teens tend to care a lot about their bodies. If you tell others, “Oh I need to go on diet!” will you actually do it? Will you succeed? Most likely not for most people. So through a lot of guidance and experience, I finally found a way to keep your body and health in good condition!
First of all, meals.
- Don’t eat to much grease and oiled stuff often especially at night.
I found that if you get used to a kind of simple yet delectable and healthy breakfast, it makes a real difference. Example:(Breakfast) A plate of assorted fruit. Smoothie made with vegetables or fruits. A nice small egg with a little healthy piece of bread with homemade avocado sauce smeared on it. (A little bit of coffee or…)
2. Limit yourself and don’t be greedy.
If someone offers you a cookie or sweets, don’t be afraid to say no or don’t be greedy and say no. Maybe a small piece wouldn’t hurt but that’s a special occasion. Also, no midnight snacks!
3. Standing instead of sitting.
When you stand, you whole body weight lifts and that doesn’t make you less plump but it does help you to stop getting more fat. Ex when you can stand instead of sit: Eating, on the computer, doing quiet activities such as watching your phone, reading, studying etc.
- Daily exercise.
Doing daily exercise instead of one long one helps a lot. A small jog around the neighborhood or some “follow the TV” is nice.
Stretching with yoga is soothing and it helps your blood run through your body easier.
3. Small to big.
Start with a small amount of time or easier exercise movements. When you get better and more familiar try harder and exercise for a longer amount of time.
Try exercising with a buddy or a group of friends. Your body becomes more relaxed and you’d have more fun instead of not liking it.
Third, Body Image.
Taking care of your body is very important. Your skin, face, body etc.
Act confident even if really aren’t. Act like you love the way you look. A little chubby, skinny to bones, really short…
It’s really important to take care of your skin. Junk food will turn the tone down. Too much beauty products aren’t the best. I personally like to put some light lotion on my body,legs. And for my feet, I like to use lavender cream because it’s really light but useful too! For my hands, I love to use Carbtree & Evelyn or La Chatelaine where one is while the other is a little more softer and tender cream lotion.
Washing your face before bed is like brushing your teeth day and night. When outside, your face becomes filled with germs, bad air and other dust…. So make sure you use light soap and wash your face before you go to bed. I like to use Cetaphil Moisturizing Face Wash because it works properly and its not too strong.
